Happiness feels like TWO desserts combined. We set out to find the #FroCoFeeling and stumbled across the newest dessert craze in New York. Bubble waffle ice cream cones. We’ve brought the secret home so you can skip the line and enjoy our vegan twist on this funky treat.

All that’s required is a regular bubble waffle. You can buy them already made, but if you’re feeling fancy, and you have an egg waffle maker, you can make your own. Once you have your bubble waffle, roll it up into a cone. Put two scoops of vegan ice cream (like Frozen Coconut!) inside the cone and top with a sprinkling of matcha powder and fresh berries. There you have it. Easy right?!
